6 Week Challenge

After an initial consultation where we will discuss your aims and assess your health, we will discuss our approach and a personalised program will be devised, reviewed and affirmed with you and scheduled accordingly. You will then begin a bespoke 21 day transformation programme. aimed to sculpt a healthy and sustainable body long-term. From Fat to Fitness, we aim to analyse your body and lifestyle so you can achieve your desired goal whilst maintaining balance with your health and well-being.

Results Membership

Results is your pathway to transforming your body and mind. Specialising in weight loss, building strength and creating self motivation and knowledge. Our team of highly trained coaches will help you to find routine, educating you to build sustainable habits and hold you accountable to achieve those desired results. Our results membership includes 4 small group sessions per week in our private studio with an assigned coach to track your body composition, nutrition and health goals.

Sports Massage

A deep muscle massage with a focus to relieve deep-seated tensions, using powerful techniques with elbows, forearms and hands to stretch and release tissue knots, promote blood flow and increase flexibility of the tendons. A perfect treatment for those who require a powerful massage.

Personal Training

We specialise in restoring fitness and well-being, our Expert Trainers deliver one-to-one sessions and classes, tailored-made to help you achieve your goals, with a wealth of knowledge on Fat Loss, Body Sculpting and Corrective Exercise. They are also supported by leading Sports Massage Therapists and Nutritionist's to ensure healthy and sustainable progress.
