Barre combines ballet, yoga and pilates into one dynamic session with the use of light weights and the barre for support. Expect small movements and pulses with powerful results.

Stretch pilates is a gentle restorative class that focuses on mobility, flexibility and mindful movement. With the help of bands, we can aid injuries and those with restricted movement.
